Important Cellular phones are not permitted in patient care areas as they can interfere with heart monitors and other critical equipment.

House and Public Phones

Both house phones and pay phones are available at many locations throughout Strong Memorial Hospital and Golisano Children's Hospital at Strong.

House phones may be used to call a hospital unit or staff member. Dial the last five digits of the seven-digit number.

Three main banks of pay phones are located in the main lobby area:

• Two on either side of the information desk
• One close to the Crittenden Boulevard loop entrance
