Strong Guest Services

Strong Guest Services will assist you with accommodations at the RIT Inn & Conference Center, located on West Henrietta Road. A free shuttle service is available to transport you to and from our facility and the RIT Inn & Conference Center.

Reservations

To make reservations, please call Strong Guest Services at 585-275-7581. Our staff will arrange for your accommodations at the RIT Inn & Conference Center at a special rate offered only to our guests. Reservations must be made directly through Strong Guest Services at 585-275-7581 to secure this rate. (The hotel will not accept reservations directly.)

Room availability is limited, so schedule as early as possible. If your plans change, please cancel prior to 4:00 p.m. on the day of your reservation to avoid a room charge for that evening. Guests may check in after 3:00 p.m. Check out time is at 11:00 a.m.

Location

The RIT Inn & Conference Center is located at 5257 West Henrietta Road, Rochester, New York. Standard rooms accommodate up to five guests and include two double beds (or one king) with cribs and roll-aways available on request. Handicap accessible rooms are also available.

The RIT Inn & Conference Center will offer the following services to Strong Health patients and families (details are available at www.ritinn.com):

  • In-room refrigerator, coffee maker, AM/FM clock radio, iron/ironing board and hair dryer

  • Complimentary in-room local and 800 number telephone service

  • Courtesy shuttle

  • Laundry valet and coin-operated laundry services
  • Petals Restaurant (café style dining) serving breakfast, lunch and dinner

  • Maximum of two daily Petals/Charades/Jitters Restaurant meal coupons ($3 value each)

Courtesy Shuttle

The courtesy shuttle offers complimentary transportation to and from the Medical Center throughout the day. Please provide a minimum of one hour advance notice to the RIT Inn & Conference Center. Early morning transportation should be requested the night before.
