Pediatric Emergency Medicine
Tests and Procedures
Your child's emergency room attending physician may order a number of different tests or procedures to determine your child's condition. These tests and procedures are performed with the latest state-of-the-art equipment specifically geared for pediatric patients and every effort is made to ease any anxiety and discomfort your child may experience. Please ask your child's doctor or nurse if you have any questions or concerns regarding any test or procedure.
Depending upon your child's symptoms or condition, the following are a few of the tests that may be performed in the Emergency Room:
