Product Recalls
Every day we use many products in and around our home to make
life easier, safer, and more enjoyable for our children and ourselves.
As parents, we need to be vigilant in providing
our children with the safest products on the market, from car
seats to cribs, from bassinets to bicycles.
Before purchasing new or used baby gear, toys, etc., check to see if it has been recalled, or if there have been any safety issues with a particular product. The US Consumer Product Safety Commission's web site will allow you to search on over 4000 products for recall information.
Likewise, if you have found a product to be unsafe or to be defective, be sure to report the problem to the manufacturer. You can also report the unsafe product to the Consumer Product Safety Commission.
