Experience and Special Interests

Dr. DeCross is committed to education, serving as the Director of the University of Rochester Gastroenterology Fellowship Program. He has been the recipient of many awards throughout his medical career including the Lawrence A. Kohn Senior Teaching Fellowship Award for two consecutive years-2003 and 2004. He is a skilled clinician and endoscopist whose personal practice motto is “excellence, diligence and integrity.” His special interests are gastroenterology, hepatology and nutritional support.
