Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) Clinic
The MDA sponsored neuromuscular Clinic, at Strong Memorial Hospital, provides diagnosis and comprehensive treatment of adults and children with over 40 neuromuscular diseases.
In addition the team evaluates and treats patients with neuromuscular diseases not covered by the MDA.
The staff includes eight staff physicians, two nurse practitioners, one half-time and four full-time clinical technologists, and one Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) representative. The staff has extensive clinical and research experience in neuromuscular diseases.
