From the South

Take Route 390 North to Exit 16 (East Henrietta Road). Turn right onto Route 15A/East Henrietta Road. Turn left at the stoplight at the entrance to Monroe Community Hospital. Park in the nearest parking lot. Enter the clinic through the door on the far left of the hospital as you face the hospital.

From the North
