Getting Started

If you need physical therapy, and you want to take advantage of the breadth of services offered at Strong Health, here's what you'll need to know to get started with us.

Referral

Written prescriptions for physical therapy are required and may be issued by a New York State licensed:

• Physician
• Nurse practitioner
• Podiatrist
• Dentist

Insurance

We provide services for all health insurance plans in the Rochester area, including (but not limited to):

• Blue Cross/Blue Shield
• Blue Choice
• Preferred Care
• Medicare
• Medicaid
• Private Insurance
• Workers' Compensation
• MVA/No Fault
• Aetna

Scheduling an Appointment

If you'd like to schedule a physical therapy appointment at the Strong Rehabiliation Center at Clinton Crossings, call us at 585-341-9000. To schedule an appointment at Highland Hospital, call 585-341-8279.

Have your insurance information available. An authorization number for HMOs is required prior to scheduling.
