ED Miracle: Does This How-To Guide Help With Erectile Dysfunction?

Ever since procreation was invented, men have had a love-hate relationship with their penis. The ability to pop a bountiful erection on time and on command is a surefire way to impress a partner.
Around 4 BC, Mesopotamian men were so enamored with their erections they frequently walked around sporting a hard-on in full view of others.

If the practice of walking around with an erection were still tres fabu, more than half of the male population between the ages of 40-to-70 would feel inadequate courtesy of the dreaded erectile dysfunction (ED).

The most common contributors to ED are stress, anxiety, obesity, diabetes and drug use (including OTC medication). And if that’s not enough, many men who live with ED also feel shame, embarrassment and their relationships can become strained.

Tom Bradford says he’s found a way to cure ED within three months. In his e-Book, ED Miracle, Bradford contends that drinking a supplement rich shake full of amino acids twice daily and eating a well-balanced diet will lower blood pressure and unclog the veins enabling men to have larger erections that last longer.

What is ED Miracle?

ED Miracle is a how-to guide that purports to end ED by increasing the levels of six essential amino acids to improve physical and mental wellness, improve cognition and kick-start blood flow through the blood vessels that lead to the male sexual organ. Thus improving sexual performance.

At the heart of the ED Miracle program is the ED Miracle Shake. Bradford writes that the combination of ingredients in the ED Miracle Shake is the result of “over three decades of research from some of the brightest minds.” Bradford doesn’t cite his sources so the length and girth of your erection may vary.

Bradford’s premise doesn’t always work as intended. Men who follow the ED Miracle program are encouraged to ingest dangerously high levels of the six amino acids. The side effects of the megadoses can include problems with the brain, heart, kidney and liver functions. And if those side effects don’t cause concern you can add in dizziness, nausea, and vomiting in for good measure.

The ED Miracle Shake

The ED Miracle Shake is the centerpiece of the program. It combines amino acids that allegedly “cure,” ED writes Bradford. The combination of amino acids is said to lower blood pressure, improve circulation, and unclog the internal pudendal artery, the main pathway that supplies blood to the penis.

The recipe for the shake simple: mix the following ingredients with juice or water and drink two shakes a day at least 30 minutes before a meal. All of the supplements can be purchased online. Men who stick with the program should expect to see results within three months, writes Bradford.

ED Miracle Shake ingredients:

  • Vitamin C powder – 2500 mg per shake
  • L-lysine powder – 2500 mg per shake
  • L-proline powder – 500 mg per shake
  • L-arginine powder – 2500 mg per shake
  • L-citrulline powder – 500 mg per shake
  • Pycnogenol powder 75 mg per shake

Vitamin C Powder

The ED Miracle Shake is loaded with a gigantic level of vitamin C. Each shake contains 2500 mg (for a total of 5000 mg per day), Vitamin C helps improve blood flow and if taken at appropriate levels can help with erectile function. However, 5000 mg of vitamin C will shock the system as it’s 55 times the recommended daily intake.

A report issued by the Mayo Clinic concluded that vitamin C is only safe if taken within the recommended guidelines. Adults should confine their vitamin C intake to 65-to-90 mg (with an upper limit of 2000 mg) each day.

The side effects of consuming excessive amounts of vitamin C include kidney disease, kidney stones, diarrhea, nausea, insomnia, and vomiting.

L-lysine Powder

L-lysine is one of nine amino acids that your body needs to make protein and repair cells. It’s also used to make medicine and treat some common medical conditions such as cold sores.

A deficiency of L-lysine can lead to ED so counteract this, the ED Shake bumps up the level of L-lysine to 2500 mg per shake (5000 mg per day).

Trying to reverse ED by pumping your body full of L-lysine isn’t a good idea. A clinical report issued by the University of Maryland Medical Center concluded that a 150-pound person should only take in 800 mg daily.

The side effects associated with excessively high levels of L-lysine include over absorption of calcium (which can impair kidney function), urinary tract infections, calcium in urine, kidney stones, and impairment of heart and brain function.

L-Proline Powder

L-proline is another amino acid that the body uses to produce collagen and cartilage which keeps joints and muscles strong. Those who experience chronic injuries or illness could be L-proline deficient, especially if they are involved in extreme sports.

For most, a balanced diet that includes meat, dairy and eggs are sufficient to provide the body with the right amount of L-proline. Elevated intake of L-proline leads excess protein waste that must be discarded by the liver and kidneys, putting unneeded stress on those organs. The RDA for L-proline is 500-1000 mg per day, which fits with the guideline of the ED Miracle Shake.

L-Arginine Powder

L-arginine is an amino acid that makes protein within the body. Normal levels of L-arginine can be reached by eating a diet that includes red meat, poultry, fish, and dairy products. Healthy levels help with heart and circulatory conditions, managing blood pressure and male infertility.

The Mayo Clinic gives L-arginine a “C” when it comes to being considered a successful ED treatment.

Prescription ED medicines such as Viagra work by lowering blood pressure. L-arginine also lowers blood pressure. Combining Viagra and L-arginine might cause the blood pressure to reach dangerously low levels which can lead to dizziness and possibly death.
Daily consumption of L-arginine should not exceed 3000 mg each day. ED Miracle Shake recipe recommends taking 5000 mg daily.

L-Citrulline Powder

Of the body’s twenty amino acids, L-citrulline is considered non-essential because it is converted to L-arginine by the kidneys. A healthy level of L-citrulline increases nitric oxide, which helps arteries relax and improves blood flow. L-citrulline can also be used as an alternative to Viagra but your mileage may vary when it comes to success. The RDA of L-citrulline is nine milligrams per day, while the ED Miracle Shake calls for a whopping 1000 mg a day.

Pycnogenol Powder

Pycnogenol is used to treat circulation problems including erectile dysfunction. A 2003 study conducted by the Journal of Sex and Marital Therapy reported that combining pycnogenol with L-arginine was successful in aiding men, age 25-to-45, overcome ED symptoms. However, the study’s conclusion is skewed because only 25 percent of men age 25-45 have ED and only five percent of men under 40 have complete ED, according to Medical News Today.

Pycnogenol is thought to be safe up to 360 mg per day, which is within the ED Miracle Shake guidelines. The side effects of taking pycnogenol are minor with dizziness, upset stomach, headache and mouth ulcers reported to be the most common reactions.

Is the ED Miracle A Scam?

ED Miracle

There is little medical evidence to support the claim that an increase of six amino acids will improve ED. Nevertheless, a lot of men who live with ED look for the holy grail in order to have an erection on command. Many men consume supplements before they are fully informed about what they’re taking and how it might affect overall health.

ED Miracle can have some very serious, possibly deadly, side effects so buyers beware. Is ED Miracle a scam? It’s hard to categorize an eBook that is downloadable for free a scam. It would be different if the author was trying to sell supplements along with the book but he isn’t.

Tom Bradford

You would think that Tom Bradford would be the man among men. Through his book, Bradford has given men a new way to cure ED, something no person or the pharmaceutical industry has been able to do.

But Bradford has never been seen. He’s never given an interview, nor has he ventured out to press the flesh among his constituents. Who would turn down the opportunity to bask in the glory that comes along with solving ED for 50 percent of men over 40?

While his picture appears in the ED Miracle book, Google Tom Bradford and you’ll find a ruggedly handsome, middle-aged man whose face is for sale on Shutterstock, the stock photo service.

His picture also appears on other websites, and on a variety of marketing materials for the travel and real estate industries. Does Tom Bradford actually exist? No one knows.

Fake Testimonials

The only thing that might be more bizarre than the true identity of the ED Miracle’s author is the program’s testimonials. “Satisfied” customers provide 15-second windows into their sex life. The unnamed and mismatched actors were hired from Fiverr.com, a talent website where actors, pretending to be satisfied customers, can be hired for as little as $5.

ED Miracle Review

Before trying the ED Miracle men should check with their doctor to see if it’s safe. The ED Miracle Shake is made from toxic levels of amino acids. Brain, heart, kidney, and liver function can be compromised. ED Miracle hasn’t received the Good Housekeeping seal of approval from anyone. The author is a ghost and those featured in testimonials are actors.

And by the way, although Bradford makes claims to the contrary, you can’t unclog an artery. Once the plaque has built up, there’s no way to clear the pipes to the penis or any other place in the body. With all of that going for ED Miracle you have to ask yourself, “What could go wrong?”
