Physician-Supervised Peptide Therapy · In-Person + Telehealth

Peptide Therapy,
Prescribed Like
Real Medicine.

Our physicians build protocols with BPC-157, CJC-1295/Ipamorelin, Tesamorelin, PT-141, and DSIP around your bloodwork instead of a generic stack. Compounds come from licensed pharmacies, and monitoring labs are part of every protocol.

Your physician orders baseline labs before prescribing anything
Pharmacy-grade compounds from licensed 503A/503B compounders
Telehealth follow-ups and dose adjustments after your baseline visit
No commitment · No insurance needed · Free 30–45 min assessment

The solution? Real medicine.

A vial without labs is a gamble. Here's how physician-supervised peptide therapy works at Strong Health.

Bloodwork Before Any Prescription

Your protocol starts with a physician evaluation and a baseline panel covering hormones, IGF-1, and metabolic markers. We prescribe after we've seen your labs, never before.

Pharmacy-Grade, Not Research-Grade

Every compound comes from a licensed 503A/503B compounding pharmacy under physician orders. You will never get a gray-market or "research use only" vial from us.

Monitored Start to Finish

Scheduled lab reviews at 4–12 weeks, physician-titrated dosing, and telehealth follow-ups from home. In-person reassessment anytime you want.

What to Expect

Here's how a supervised protocol typically unfolds, based on published clinical data.

Week 1–2

Injection timing and dosing dialed in
First physician check-in
Side-effect review and adjustments
Week 4–12

Measurable Progress

Tendon and soft-tissue protocols complete
Body-composition changes become visible
Follow-up labs: IGF-1, glucose, hormones
Lab-driven dose adjustments
Month 3–6

Full Protocol Results

Visceral fat and lean-mass shifts on repeat labs
A planned decision to maintain, taper, or cycle off
Ongoing telehealth optimization
In-person visits available anytime
Individual results vary. Timeline based on published clinical literature for physician-supervised peptide protocols.

Labs Before Any Peptide. Always.

Med spas hand you a vial after an intake form. We draw a comprehensive baseline panel first, then repeat the relevant markers throughout your protocol.

IGF-1

The key growth-hormone-axis marker, tracked before and during any secretagogue protocol

Total & Free Testosterone

Your hormonal baseline, monitored alongside any TRT protocol you're running

Estradiol (E2)

Estrogen balance affects mood, joints, and body composition

Glucose & HbA1c

GH secretagogues can shift glucose, so we track it on every follow-up panel

Complete Thyroid Panel

TSH, Free T3, and Free T4, because thyroid dysfunction mimics low energy and slow recovery

Comprehensive Metabolic Panel

Liver, kidney, and electrolyte function, checked before any protocol begins

Lipid Panel

Cholesterol and triglycerides for cardiovascular risk monitoring

CBC

A standard safety check we repeat throughout treatment

Frequently Asked Questions

Honest answers. No fine print.

What is peptide therapy?
Peptides are short chains of amino acids that act as targeted signaling molecules in the body. Physician-supervised peptide therapy uses pharmacy-compounded peptides, prescribed after bloodwork and a medical evaluation, to target specific goals like tissue healing, visceral fat reduction, sleep quality, sexual health, and body composition.
What peptides does Strong Health prescribe?
Our physicians prescribe pharmacy-grade peptides selected for your specific goals and labs. The most common protocols include BPC-157 and TB-500 for tendon, joint, and soft-tissue healing; CJC-1295 with Ipamorelin for body composition, sleep, and recovery; Tesamorelin for visceral (belly) fat; PT-141 for sexual desire and arousal; DSIP for deep-sleep architecture; and clinical-grade collagen peptides for connective tissue and skin. Every protocol is individualized to your labs and goals.
Are peptides legal and safe?
Yes, when prescribed by a licensed physician and dispensed through a licensed 503A or 503B compounding pharmacy, which is the only way we work. We never use research-only or gray-market product. Side effects are generally mild and protocol-specific (injection-site irritation, transient water retention or hunger with GH secretagogues, brief flushing with PT-141), and we screen for contraindications and monitor relevant labs throughout treatment.
How is peptide therapy different from TRT or GLP-1 weight loss medications?
Peptides are targeted signaling molecules, distinct from steroid hormones like testosterone and GLP-1 agonists like semaglutide. Healing peptides work on tissue-repair pathways with no androgenic effect. GH-secretagogue peptides prompt your pituitary to release more of your own growth hormone in its natural pulsatile pattern, rather than introducing exogenous hormone. Peptide therapy can also be combined with TRT or a GLP-1 program, monitored by the same physician.
How long does it take to see results?
It depends on the peptide and the goal. Sleep and recovery improvements (DSIP, Ipamorelin) are often noticeable within 2–4 weeks. Body-composition changes from CJC-1295/Ipamorelin or Tesamorelin typically appear at 8–12 weeks, with fuller shifts at 3–6 months. Tendon and joint healing protocols generally run 4–12 weeks. PT-141 works on demand, typically within 30–90 minutes. Every protocol includes scheduled lab reassessments to confirm progress.
Do I need an in-person visit, or can I start by telehealth?
It depends on your state. Florida patients complete an in-person baseline visit, with a physical exam and on-site labs, at our Miami Brickell clinic, then move to telehealth follow-ups. In our telehealth states (New York, California, Nevada, Georgia, Texas), the physician evaluation happens by video with baseline and monitoring labs drawn at local lab sites near you.
Can peptide therapy be combined with TRT?
Yes. Many of our patients run combined protocols, pairing TRT with GH-secretagogue peptides for body composition and recovery, or with BPC-157 during soft-tissue injury rehab. Because both therapies are designed and monitored by the same physician using the same lab panels, interactions and overall response are tracked together rather than in silos.
